Below are links with brief stories to some of our favorite photos of friends, family and travels. Hope you enjoy!
Weddings
Greg and Lauren: May 1, 2004- On one of the most beautiful spring days, my dear friend Greg married his fiancé Lauren.
Kim and Pat 1: August 28, 2004- Most of these are formal photos with some reception photos. Taking these photos was almost painful as it was just about 100 degrees outside but they will be photos we will always cherish.
Kim and Pat 2: August 28, 2004- Time to start the party these are an assortment of photos from the reception! Kick of your shoes and dance should be the theme!
Scotland
Easter Road Trip through the Highlands: March 2004- Pat and I spent Easter 2005 touring the western Highland Regions of Scotland. It is a rugged and fierce landscape yet is romantic and dynamic. The castles that run through the region are beautiful and the mountains are dynamic and snow capped during this time of year. We spent time in Glen Coe, site of the Massacre at Glen Coe, where the MacDonald clan was betrayed the Campbell's. We also explored the Loch Ness region and Urquhart Castle and traveled north to Inverness.
Edinburgh Zoo: July 9, 2005-The Edinburgh Zoo is known for their large penguin display. After seeing the penguin parade, we explored the zoo spending time with some really great animals.
Europe
London: November 2004: Pat and I took our first trip outside of Scotland to London. We explored all the typical tourist areas including the London Tower, Big Ben, Westminster, etc. My favorite photo is of Pat inside the 'red phone booth' and of course the pictures with the 'guard' horses!
Horses
Kim's Horses: From the ponies before my very first right to my favorite mare in Scotland these are a selection of photos from Short Stirrup days to the North American Young Rider Championships and the National Horse Show at the Meadowlands.
Biegel Horses: My in-laws have the most wonderful horses. A few of which are retired and a few which have not even started their career. The black horses are 'Friesians' and are known for their long flowing tails and manes and their fabulous temperament. Mom is just about 7 and the babies are two and one.
